Women Mentoring Programme

This mentoring scheme is aimed at professionals and executives from all sectors of the business world, willing to commit them self to the support of the Leading Ladies Mentoring Programme (NLCC).

Studies have shown that ethnic minority women and women from unprivileged backgrounds are more likely to suffer discrimination in employment and education opportunities than their counterparts; the scheme aims to help to improve this imbalance by offering mentor training and personal development through interaction with a mentor for the benefit of the mentees.

The visibility and success of professional women as mentors / role models will provide necessary support mechanism aimed at widening aspirations and expectations of the mentees engaged in the programme and enabling them to become successful in their chosen future career goals.

The benefits to the local community and economy are that mentees will be motivated and inspired to make better life choices and achieve better qualifications to prepare them for the world of employment.

Music Mentoring Programme
